Tell me about your The Beginning!

We met at work!

I was in the Finance team doing statistics, and Braeden was in Operations – I’m his number cruncher 🙂
Braeden and I talked quite often both for work purposes but also just talking all other talks, we just got along well.
He would tease me about the most random things.

One day he saw me and my colleagues getting some bubble teas from downstairs at Melbourne Central and he asked what a bubble tea was and I invited him to come along and get one for himself next time we’re going to the tea shop.

Sticking to the plan, a few days later Braeden and I both went out to get bubble teas and from there we went on more and more “quick breaks” together. And all those quick breaks turned into dates 🙂

When and where did you get engaged?

Last year 18 Dec 2021 at Fitzroy Garden in Melbourne, after a trip to the Primavera Gelato nearby.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?

Modern / Simple & Elegant

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Hanging out with friends and family, many of which don’t even live in Australia!

We’re really grateful for so many of our friends and family who travelled so far to be with us on our wedding day.

Get organised early! This will help you to not feel as much pressure and help you enjoy the wedding planning process.
Don’t overthink on the small things. The only ones who will notice a problem is you, every one else will only know that they’re having a good time!
