Flowerdale Estate Wedding of Saskia and Michael

Tell me about the beginning!

Michael – I Went to a party with a friend and met Saskia late in the evening and offered her a lift home with my friend and started talking shortly after, we have been almost inseparable ever since.

When and where did you get engaged?

Saskia – On 13 November 2022, we went on a camping trip to the Great Ocean Road. Michael waited until sunset and we went for a drive. When he pulled over as the sun was setting he asked if I remembered where he hid the first ring he gave me. I looked in the glove box and there was the engagement ring and he proposed!

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?

Autumn garden wedding.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Michael – Seeing Saskia for the first time in her wedding dress.
Saskia – Seeing Michael’s face for the first time when I am walking down the aisle.
