Stones of the Yarra Valley Wedding of Shelby and Jordan

Tell me about your The Beginning!
We meet at work whilst we were at Cultana in 2016 and it was raining and freezing cold. It was the worst place we had ever been but we met each other there so it was worth it.
We were out field for 3 months, we hadn’t showered in 10 days and he still thought that I was quite the catch.

Our first date, we were posted to Townsville at the time and he wined and dined me at my favourite place ‘Jam Corner’

When and where did you get engaged?
We got engaged at Tilba Tilba on the 10th of Oct 20 and Shelby had no idea. We booked a cottage on the river for a weekend and I surprised her when we had a grazing board with our dachshund Frederick. Shelby was surprised because she had been carrying my jacket with the ring in it around all day for me.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
I haven’t necessarily chosen a theme/style, I have just gone with simple, clean, timeless.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?
Marrying my best friend

Top Tips!
Enjoy every part of the planning process, spend more time planning the things that are most important to you and your partner for your day and DO NOT STRESS over the very minor details.
