Tell me about the beginning!
We met in Deakin University in Burwood last January 2018 as an international students. With a lot of commonalities (including heartbreaks), we became really good friends to the extent that we became each other’s confidant. Spent a lot of time together until we realised we have fallen in love with each other. It’s true what they say expect the unexpected.. We both kept it as a secret from each at first because we don’t want to risk the friendship but the love for each other was surely stronger, we made it exclusive on May 2020 and here we are, planning our dream wedding.

When and where did you get engaged?
Cleo proposed to me on the snowy mountains of Mt Bawbaw last 21 July 2022.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
Rustic hunter green and champagne theme.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?
So many things to look forward to! 3 top things would be;
1. After giving much thought about the wedding details, really looking forward on seeing our pinterest wedding come to life!!
2. The thrilling feeling of walking down the aisle. it is a once in a lifetime experience.
3. and of course, the party!! very rare to have ALL of your loved ones from both sides together at the same time.

Top Tips!
Plan ahead! it’s never too early to plan as you can always modify in between. You have high chance to secure the best of the best wedding vendors and saves you from frustrations.

Do a pre-nuptial wedding shoot – a very helpful way to feel more comfortable in posing for your actual wedding day photography. Saves time, makes good photos. Also a perfect bonding for couples 🙂

But most importantly – have faith in the process, enjoy every step of the planning and trust the magic of your vendors.
