Zonzo Estate Wedding of Nicole and Owen

Tell me about your The Beginning!
* Met at primary school
* Owen had a crush on Nicole
* Friends throughout all our schooling years
* Went our separate ways after school but still found ourselves crossing paths at events
*5 years ago Owen reached out to Nicole to arrange a date
*After being asked by Owen to “grab a coffee” we soon realized on the car ride in that we both aren’t coffee drinkers – we much prefer ice-cream!
*Our first date then ended up at San Churro where we grabbed 2 scoops each
*Our next 3 dates were touring Melbourne ice-cream venues.

When and where did you get engaged?
*We got engaged on 6th September, 2020 (still back in lockdown days)
*Owen suggested a nice hike within our 5km zone to the Lysterfield Hills lookout where we had never been before
*Little did Nicole know that he had packed a sparkly ring in his jacket pocket that he had been designing for months
*Upon reaching the top he found a good spot to get down on one knee
*Nicole was in tears & we were both so happy to think about spending a lifetime together.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
Casual, relaxed & romantic.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?
Becoming a married couple – having one hell of a party after too long in lockdown!!!
