Tell me about your The Beginning!

Jake and I went to high school together, but we were only friends. Jake was in the year above me, but we had alot of mutual friends. After finishing school, we reconnected at a 21st Party. Jake used his charm and won me over, where we shared our first kiss. He then asked me on a date a week later, and the rest is history.. 9 years later we are getting married!!

When and where did you get engaged?

On Christmas morning, Jake gave me some gifts to unwrap and a card to read. He wrote some beautiful words, and then at the end of the Christmas card, it said P.s turn the card over and at the back it read ”will you marry me” as I was reading it, Jake was finding the green ring box in the green tree (there was a bit of fumbling to find it haha) then he got down on one knee and proposed. We were hosting Christmas Lunch that day so we got to surprise both our families as they arrived.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?

Our flower colour scheme is dusty pink, white, and greenery. Our bridesmaids are wearing Olive Green. The theme is classic, but slightly rustic.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Celebrating the love we have for each other, with all our favorite people in one room! And having one great party!
