Tell me about The Beginning!
We met online.. like everyone else these days. we hit it off really quickly and pretty soon had a weekend away for a friends 50th in Beechworth. In Beechworth we had such a lovely weekend away we fell in love. Soon after that lock down happened and it made sense for Nick to stay at my house with the kids. from then on it has always been really fun, easy and happy.
When and where did you get engaged?
In the spa at home lots of crazy decisions happen over a bottle of wine, including deciding to get married. but I wanted a proper proposal so we had a weekend away at a lovely place in red hill and Nick officially popped the question. A few days later we told the girls who were over the moon.
What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
Fun, relaxed, a great big party.
What are you most looking forward to on the day?
A great big party. As I get older I believe that if you don’t pause take a breath and celebrate the big events with the people you love, it all goes by too fast. So for us that is the wedding, a chance to pause and celebrate and have a fabulous time with all our friends and family.
